For Those Ready to Break Free From the Patterns of the Past

Stop Repeating the Same Patterns

(without reliving every painful thing that happened to you)

Section 02

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You promise yourself you won’t do it again—then find yourself right back in the same response when the situation happens.
  • You know you want to say no, but the moment someone seems disappointed, you start explaining yourself, change your answer, or say yes anyway.
  • You make a decision that feels right—then someone questions it and suddenly you’re replaying everything, wondering if you made the wrong choice.
  • You understand where many of your patterns come from, but when you’re actually triggered, all that self-awareness seems to disappear and the familiar response takes over.
  • You catch yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, second-guessing, or repeating an old pattern—and end up frustrated with yourself because you feel like you should know better by now.

Section 03

Why your offer solves it

If you’re like many self-aware trauma survivors, you already recognize some of the patterns you want to change—but recognizing them doesn’t always mean you know how to respond differently when they actually happen. You might find yourself saying yes when you wanted to say no, second-guessing a decision you already made, or falling back into a familiar response you promised yourself you wouldn’t repeat.

No amount of understanding alone tells you exactly where that familiar response begins or what you want to try instead when the moment happens again. That’s why in The Pattern Shift, we focus on one repeating pattern first—so you can see how it plays out, identify where you can begin interrupting it, and create a personal response plan for what to try next.

Section 04

You’ll navigate The Pattern Shift

Pillar #1

See the Pattern

Choose one repeating pattern and map what actually happens—from the moment it begins through the automatic response, short-term relief, and cost that follows.

Pillar #2

Find the Interruption Point

Identify the place in your pattern where you may be able to pause before the familiar response automatically takes over.

Pillar #3

Choose What Comes Next

Create a personal response plan for what you want to try instead, so the next time the pattern appears, you have something concrete to come back to.

Section 05

Here’s the value you’re receiving

  • Pattern Decoder Assessment to pinpoint the repeating pattern you’re ready to work on instead of trying to change everything at once.
  • Personal Pattern Map to see how your trigger, automatic response, short-term relief, and eventual cost connect—so the pattern becomes easier to recognize when it shows up.
  • Interruption Point + Personal Response Plan to identify where you can begin catching the pattern and decide what you want to try instead.
  • Real-Life Practice Tools for boundary guilt and overthinking, so you can apply what you’re learning when these familiar patterns show up in everyday situations.
  • The Pause Guided Experience to help you slow the moment down and practice creating space between what happens and what you automatically do next.

Section 06

Upon completion, you will

  • Identify one repeating pattern you’re ready to change instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything at once.
  • Map how that pattern actually plays out—from what sets it off to the automatic response and what happens afterward.
  • Pinpoint where you can begin interrupting the pattern before the familiar response completely takes over.
  • Create a personal response plan for what you want to try the next time the pattern shows up.

Program FAQs

Answers to common questions before deciding whether this journey is right for you.

What if I already know what my pattern is?

That’s actually a good place to begin. The Pattern Shift isn’t designed just to help you name a pattern. You’ll look at how one pattern actually plays out in your life, identify where you may be able to interrupt it, and create a personal response plan for what you want to try the next time it shows up.

What if I have several patterns I want to change?

Choose one for now. The Pattern Shift is intentionally designed to help you work with one repeating pattern at a time so you don’t have to untangle everything at once. Once you understand the process, you can return to the tools and use them with another pattern.

Do I need to relive or talk through my trauma to do this?

No. The Pattern Shift does not ask you to relive every painful experience or uncover every reason a pattern exists. You’ll work primarily with one pattern as it is showing up in your life now.

Is this therapy or trauma treatment?

No. The Pattern Shift is a self-guided educational and coaching experience and is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional.

How long does The Pattern Shift take?

Plan for approximately 60–90 minutes to move through the core experience. Because it is self-guided, you can complete it at your own pace and return to the materials as you begin noticing your pattern in everyday life.

What exactly do I get for $97?

You receive instant access to the complete self-guided Pattern Shift experience, including the Pattern Decoder Assessment, Personal Pattern Map, Interruption Point exercise, Personal Response Plan, Pattern Shift Practice Sheet, boundary-guilt and overthinking practices, and The Pause guided experience.

Stacy Simms

I’m Stacy Simms, founder of Aven Hollow.

I created Aven Hollow for people who have already done a lot of thinking, learning, and understanding about themselves—but still find themselves asking, “If I know better, why do I keep doing this?”

My work combines coaching with an integrative approach to healing, drawing from my training as a Certified Spiritual Coach with a focus on trauma, Intuitive Energy Healing practitioner, Non-Therapeutic Hypnosis Practitioner, Reiki Level 3 practitioner, and years of experience in psychic, mediumship, and spiritual guidance.

I don’t believe healing is about becoming a perfectly healed version of yourself or never being triggered again. I believe meaningful change can begin when you recognize what is happening, reconnect with yourself in the moment, and create more choice in what happens next.

The Pattern Shift was created as a practical place to begin—one pattern, one step at a time.
