Aven Hollow provides trauma-informed holistic healing services, including spiritual coaching, intuitive energy healing, Reiki, non-therapeutic hypnosis, intuitive guidance, educational resources, and related services.
Services are designed to support personal growth, self-understanding, and holistic well-being.
Participation in these services is voluntary.

Nothing on this website or during coaching sessions should be interpreted as medical advice, psychological counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being.
Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through Squarespace Scheduling.
Discovery Calls are complimentary and intended to determine whether working together is an appropriate fit.
Future coaching services, programs, or sessions may require payment before services are provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through the confirmation email or by contacting Aven Hollow.
If future paid appointments are offered, any cancellation or rescheduling policies will be communicated before purchase.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Aven Hollow does not store complete credit card information.
Any future payment plans, invoices, or program fees will be communicated before services begin.
12-Week Signature Program
Enrollment in The Woven Labyrinth™ reserves dedicated time, preparation, and personalized support specifically for you.
Clients may choose one of the following payment options:
Pay in Full
Three Equal Monthly Payments
Because your place in the program is reserved and the experience is highly personalized, all sales are considered final once the program begins.
If you choose the three-payment option, you are committing to the full 12-week program. The remaining scheduled payments remain due even if you choose to discontinue participation before completing the program.
If exceptional circumstances arise before your program begins, please contact Aven Hollow as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed individually and with compassion.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aven Hollow, I value honesty, transparency, and mutual respect. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate experience while also honoring the time, preparation, and individualized care that goes into every client relationship.
Please review the following policies before purchasing services or programs.
Discovery Calls
Discovery Calls are complimentary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call, I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Coaching Programs
Your place in a coaching program is reserved specifically for you.
Because each program includes personalized preparation, planning, and dedicated support, all coaching program purchases are non-refundable once the program has begun.
If you decide not to move forward before your program start date, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
Individual Sessions (If Offered)
If individual paid sessions are offered in the future:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered a missed appointment and may not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be made in the event of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of Aven Hollow.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be considered forfeited.
Client Commitment
Healing is a collaborative process.
While I am committed to providing thoughtful guidance, compassionate support, and professional care, meaningful change depends upon each client's willingness to actively participate in their own healing journey.
For this reason, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with personal results or unmet expectations.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that unexpected situations arise.
Requests related to serious illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances will always be considered with compassion on an individual basis.

If you have any questions regarding this policy before enrolling in services, I encourage you to ask during your Discovery Call.
I believe that clear communication creates the strongest foundation for working together.
